 simple. You must exercise to see a difference. Diet is
 step two not step one. Together, exercise and diet can
 change you for the better and for a longer healthier life.

 Boost Your Metabolism with Exercise – Metabolism
 is the batteries to our bodies. Weak batteries run slow
 and don’t keep time in your clock, metabolism works
 the same way. Think of your body as a self- winding
 watch, if you keep your body moving it will keep your 
 batteries fully charged.

 Make Time to Exercise – Do you make time for
 watching TV, looking for a closer parking place,
 waiting on an elevator, then simply take the time to
 walk instead of watching TV, park farther away and
 walk, and instead of the elevator, take the stairs.

function faster, as we age. This is not rocket
science, but we either apply ourselves or suffer physically if we don’t.
