In order to accomplish better health and fitness,
the first step is making a committed effort to see
your efforts through, in order to get the result, you
desire, for your own personal health and well-being.
In order to succeed you must apply yourself and
maintain a positive effort to reach your goals. The
easiest way to reach your goals, is to break your
goals into accomplishment steps or thresholds and
chart your progress. You can control your actions,
just give yourself the opportunity to prove you were
right.
Exercise and Weight Loss – If you
aren’t happy with
your body, your health, or your weight, the solution is
simple. You must exercise to see a difference. Diet is
step two not step one. Together, exercise and diet can
change you for the better and for a longer healthier life.
Boost Your Metabolism with Exercise –
Metabolism
is the batteries to our bodies. Weak batteries run slow
and don’t keep time in your clock, metabolism works
the same way. Think of your body as a self- winding
watch, if you keep your body moving it will keep your
batteries fully charged.
Make Time to Exercise – Do you make
time for
watching TV, looking for a closer parking place,
waiting on an elevator, then simply take the time to
walk instead of watching TV, park farther away and
walk, and instead of the elevator, take the stairs.
Purge Your Organs
– A great all-natural tool to cleanse
and tune-up your body, is use apple cider vinegar as a
maintenance fuel for your body. If you keep your body’s
motor running well, all the dieting and exercising will
become much easier to see positive results from your
actions.
Dieting –
If you starve yourself, you will fail to accomplish
a lasting goal. If you learn to substitute what is good for
what is bad that you consume, you can change a “diet”
into a successful daily diet.

Fast walks will increase your heart rate and in
turn it will pump blood to your starving brain faster
for better health.
If You Don’t Use It You Lose – Our bodies
are basically a machine we live in, our brain determines
how we use our bodies. If we don’t
use our bodies for what they were designed to
do, which is to move, we lose the ability to
function faster, as we age. This is not rocket
science, but we either apply ourselves or suffer
physically if we don’t.
